Love is like a butterfly. It goes where it pleases and it pleases where it goes.
I often talk about your internal energy flow as the greatest currency. When your energy is flowing freely like the currency of a river or even electricity, you are happy with few worries. Life is good.
You will also hear and read another analogy. That reference is of a piece of plywood laying atop the grass. The grass does not grow. Right? When you lift the plywood off the grass, it is able to ‘breathe’ and grow. Sunshine, oxygen, water and the right balance of elements free the grass for growth.
Whether we like it or not, our energy flow is restricted and compressed. If you lift that piece of plywood up, you are allowing for a greater currency and flow. If a butterfly was underneath the plywood, what are the chances for the butterfly’s survival? There is not a chance, unfortunately.
If you lift up the plywood, the butterfly floats and flutters beautifully. Allow your energy to be free and to flow. Your energy is the currency of love. “Love is like a butterfly. It goes where it pleases and it pleases where it goes.”
Finally, since we are on the subject, let me point out that there are a wide range of obstacles and interference that make up the “plywood” which inhibits energy flow, and thus your growth. Begin your journey through Goodology by reading the book.
